Returns Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping with henrybrummel.com.  In the event of you not being entirely satisfied with your purchase please return to the address below enclosing copy of original invoice.  

Items must be returned unworn with tags and seals intact within 10 days of purchase.  Any items that appear to have been worn or have had tags removed will be returned.  Items received after 10 days will be issued with a credit note at Mangers discression.

If you require an exchange of item/s please include full details and £5.00 to cover return postage & packaging.  Please note that during busy sale periods we may not be able to offer an exchange service.  T&C's will be included in each parcel to notify you.

Returns will be refunded back in the same way that it was paid and we ask that you allow us upto 10 working days to process the refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas Returns Period

You can return item/s as per our T&C's above.  If the item is purchased for a Christmas gift you have up until the 10/01/13 to return for an exchange or credit note only.  We are unable to offer refunds on items that fall into the extended christmas retuns period.  If you wish to receive an exchange of item/s then please enclose full details of the item/s you require and either £5 cash, cheque or postal order to cover the cost of return postage.  If there is a price difference to pay we will contact you to obtain card payment over the phone. 

Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

Out of Stock Item/s

We would never knowingly attempt to sell an item that is known to be out of stock.  However as we are both a retail and internet company it may be on the rare occassion that at a single point in time there could be more than one transaction relating to a single item.    If this is the case we will notify you promplty to discuss alternative or refund you at your request.

Offers are subject while supplies last.  No adjustment can be made to prior purchases.
